      Pros

      Great company to work for. I joined as a fresher from college and got all the oppurtunities at the right to grow within the company. Management is very helpful. Compensation is also good in comparison to the other competitors. HCL provides trainings as and when required to keep yourself updated with the latest trends and project requirements.

      Cons

      Lot of rumour mongers in the company.
