HCL cares about its employees and has a very transparent manner of operation. Any queries you raise to the HR/Managers are assigned as tickets and met with strict SLAs. They do not demand you to stay beyond work hours (as is the trend in IT). As long as you finish your work on time, you can spend as less as 7 hours at the workplace, leaving you to find work-life balance.
Cons
HCL is a great organization to settle down at, probably during your middle age. If you are looking for quick career growth, especially during the beginning of your career, find opportunities elsewhere.
