You will be told at every step that you are working for a very BIG brand. Bu that's not the truth. Buy the end of the day when you are about to wrap our day you will realize it's not a place for you. If you have any HR issue solve it yourself, don't expect HR will help you out. But YOU ARE WORKING FOR A 6.2MILLION DOLLAR COMPANY, which don't pays....

No salary, but YOU ARE WORKING FOR HCL. Don't expect you will be recoznized by innovative ideas. Appraisals A BIG ISSUE, company is declaring Q1,Q2,Q3.....results which shows numbers but don't dare to raise this.. TRANSPARENCY a very BIG ISSUE.
