Cons
1. The worst paymaster of the top 5 Indian IT services companies. 2. When you work hard, and the manager likes you... you can expect a permanent bond in that project(its not said in a happier note: because, even when there is a new opportunity to learn something new in a different project, you will not be relived from your current project) neither an increment in salary. You will get everything except the project change and salary hike.
