you can be there for longtime as they have multiple projects. depends on Manager and team you are in, they have multiple projects where people are happy and other projects due to Manager behaviour and their account heads are responsible. end of day depends on the manager and the type of technical or non technical work you do and how you are passionate about your work , that's matters, else you want to have a job and work life balance you can join any project and live your life. 80 out of 10000 people live up to their retirement here. bucketing also taken into consideration and depends on manager and DU head if he is ok with bucketing or he is an passionate or workaholics guy. regarding to MS project handled in hyd, specifically i can give credit to the managers in INDIA and their level of day and night endless time giving to project is sustaining the projects and the engineers supporting the equal effort for helping these managers to attain the goals set by HCL customers, these guys deserve a stand up salute for their time and valuable knowledge they give.
