Cons
Widely spread out, your boss might be in India, and your mentor will be on the other side of the US. Managers treat you like you are someone else's "problem", and avoid your questions, then ask you why you haven't been productive. IT infrastructure is horrible, you can't download software to do your job and have to submit a special request to get anything installed. Help desk tickets for local problems travel to India and you might get a response that week, if you are lucky. This company is so dedicated to information security that they sacrifice employee productivity.
