      Good Company, Good Exposure, Good Colleagues, Good Manager and HR support. One can fill his career gap with required training from company. I am very much satisfied with this all.

      Cons

      Low Salary, Some of new joiners may face to get project initially, but dont panic, if you r not permanent employee.
