1.Salary is ok in BT But when it comes to Incentives its to high.You can make incentives more than your salary if you take good calls and not get absent for continuous 3 months.Lots of incentives Scenes are their

Manager won't care if you take if you take calls.But all they care about their Scores.Their are several managers in HCL but since all wanted to get incentives to they just scold their Team Leaders Like a 4 year old school boy.They want that adviser take calls 9 hours with 1 hr break.15-30-15.
