      Pros

      No pros as far as my knowledge is concerned. No body cares for any issues you have. I will not recommended HCL to any of my friends

      Cons

      Worst HRs: None of the human resource guys have spoken well with me till now. Nobody cares for your issues. Management is worst. No proper vision. Performance cycle is not transparent and your hike is independent of your performance. Compensation bars are very low. You have to face lot of problems while exiting from organization. have heard from lot of my friends. Poor policies.
