Difficult to work for - Information Technology HCLTech Employee Review

Never get support from HR when needed. Management does not care about the employees. They are an Offshore company but try to pretend they are American based. They will make excuses say and not provide raises. They did this multiple years to multiple people on my team. They will make a contract with you but then not provide you your bonuses by renaming the company and telling you that they have no record of the contract they made with you stating that. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
