      supervisor level positions are needed cause of the way the superintendent talks and treats his supervisors ( Wells Fargo Project in San Antonio Tx, ).

      Pros

      Well when it was HCS it was great and you felt the family environment.

      Cons

      Home Work balance is horrible If you're sent On a project out of town you're per diem doesn't cover even half of the price of your room that YOU are expected to book, pay for and it ends up costing you more money to e at work than not.
