Pros
Great company as far as benefits offered and many of the associates you are able to work with.
Cons
Management seems to have forgotten (or perhaps they never knew) what it is like to be out in the field. They say to run our territories as if it were our own business and to have fun. Yet, they micro-manage and dictate what and who to see. The goals they set are unrealistic and are not set by someone who is looking at the territory and analyzing what it can or can't do. They exspect us to work every day and many hours during the day. There is so much "big brothering" (SalesForce must do) that we have no time to have a life outside of work.
