      Pros

      no boss on 3rd. Most people are friendly and helpful. The computer system is fairly good to work with. The hourly wage is pretty good and you can work overtime whenever.

      Cons

      dirty, no accountability, always hiring and "laying off" people. Christmas party is a disaster. Very few paid holidays. Health insurance is pretty expensive and not very good.

      1. Willing to train people 2. Company allows you to grow your skills 3. Easy to earn wage increases 4. Business is booming 5. Job security 6. Performance reviews are on time 7. Investments are being made to improve production operations (new equipment) 8. Team atmosphere--- people constantly help each other 9. Made in the U.S.A.
