Pros

Support from direct managers is there in most cases, There is some room to grow so good company to use as steppingstone. Stock values consistency grows so great to buy. Hybrid work, multiple office in Toronto to choose to go to.

Cons

Weekly conversation around staff utilization. Management reviews utilization charts and see red indications under-utilized staff. Constant threat of being let go so always be ready and never feel too secure. Underutilization happens mainly because of lack of project work but continues to hire more staff. Constant restructuring of the organization, you will end up with too many bosses, seems you will have to answer and please a ton of people. Groups tend to work independently contrary to company motto of Live the Network. Lacks advance CAD and BIM methods and will likely stay that way since it is tough to test new technology, considering you will have to always be utilized on projects. Mediocre insurance. Canada teams mostly works as support for USA projects.
