Cons

No training. Everyone wants to argue with me when I have a question. No help. The Manager is useless.

Pros

The people working here encourage one another to be their best self. Even if errors are made, they are handled in a timely manner and with professionalism. Even with all the economic changes, pay and benefits rank among the best.

Cons

If you work hard, there is opportunity for growth, unless you do not have a degree. Without a degree your chances of moving forward are limited. Not all department managers are included in the decisions that upper management makes.

Low pay. Favoritism between locations. Unclear direction. No advancement opportunities without college degree regardless of time and knowledge.
