Pros
- Amazing team and very talented people - So many opportunities to grow and make a change (they don't fall in your lap, you gotta fight for them) - Laid-back culture (no formal dress code, informal office language, flexible work hours, remote working possible) - International: you'll work with people from all around the world - Autonomy and responsibility from the start - Good salary & 30 vacation days
Cons
- Biggest problem is the lack of proper leadership. There are many line managers and leaders that don't fit the new company direction anymore and slow the transformation down, but are still being kept for some reason. - Often it feels senior leadership is very political or self-serving (i.e., new leaders join and bring their own group of former employees, creating sub-cultures that are more interested in doing the same thing they've done for their last company rather than what's best for HERE) - Growing gap between employees and senior leadership
