The company is going bankrupt. It is terribly badly managed - the very senior managers have no idea what they are doing - and lots of good people are losing their jobs. This also makes for a terrible working atmosphere and awful environment. There is no accountability and no responsibility for anyone below senior vice president - and even then many SVPs have no real accountability or responsibilities. As long as Edzard Overbeek is in charge, do not join this company.
