      Work at HERE provides an exposure to a large number of cloud and big data technologies that is leveraged for processing geospatial data in batch and real time mode. 100 % agile shop. Hopefully imminent sale by Nokia will lead to new investments and opportunities in the company.

      Cons

      Company appears to be in continuous state of reorganization and cost cutting, state of uncertainty about the future. There is a few opportunities for growth. Some places are highly political.

      Leadership is very understanding and are clear SME’s that know what their doing. There’s a learning curve that’s complex, but compensation and experience is worth the training.

      Internal operations could be better, but that’s expected with any growing company.
