Not steady pay. Summer is scarce for conventions

Company is meant to help people. The employees are great people.

The pay is terrible. The social workers are underpaid, which results in a lot of turnaround. That's not good for the patients who need counseling and support. The administrative team has a lot of work on their hands and they're not paid well either. Makes it hard to maintain a stress-free environment.
