      Job Progression is possible, the company look to promote from within at every opportunity, they do support your career in the few years I have been here I have seen many people work their way up, The positive working atmosphere really helps you feel welcome and valued.

      Pros

      They have nice vehicles but have very high insurance if you have an accident you have to pay a lot

      Cons

      They company charges out at engineer rates to clients for apprentices. Very small minded with regards to progress. Promotion is for yes men rather than on merit or experience. No equal opportunities here.
