TOXIC environment! - Administrative HHC Poplar Springs Employee Review

This company is all about making money. Senior management puts employees AND patients behind making the proper numbers to get their bonuses. In my last 3-4 years of employment, I saw this hospital lose tons of top notch employees due to this. In watching the numbers the staffing grid was kept dangerously low. This put staff in danger when working with psychotic patients. I can honestly say 85+% of the employees there are extremely unhappy and looking for new jobs. Very sad because it used to be a great place to work.
