Pros
Top level equipment, produce and products. A nice place to hone your skills and work at a frenetic rhythm.
Cons
Constant shouting at junior team during service, 16 hour shifts, expectation of perfection even under 4 days straight of work… the lack of sleep and the terror of making a mistake even though we’re humans and NOT machines makes the whole experience very hard to enjoy
