1. No Job security at all in all levels, management is worst or there is no management level people. 2. Its worst place for IT professionals, nothing to learn and no proper direction from Top level management. 3. Solution Architect him self look for solutions from Tech lead , Software Engineers and Dev Ops professionals. 4 Solution Architect not even deserves tech lead position and he is just there for his past reference. 5. Managment hires their own relatives and their non deserving own references without interview and make them their personal assistants. Also they spy on other employees. Higher position people Ask to exit good employees as they fear about their own job security, politics is on very high level.
