contractual they renew every five years. contract was not renewed. lay off was done due to the economy but overall company worked with all employees and encouraged growth and advancement

Decent pay. No problem taking days off for personal issues/sickness. Some time flexibility with regard to start/end of wordk day.

No support for middle management from corporate. Lack of outwardly expressed appreciation and acknowledgement for those who over-extend themselves to benefit the overall good of the company. Lack of communication between departments and customer service. Hard-workers get overloaded with lazy employee's work on time-sensitive deadlines, while the lazy employees talk on cell phones and shop on the internet.
