      The guests when I was there !!! And my wonderful staff...who all quit also...after 3+ years of employment !!

      Cons

      HMC Hospitality The Owners/management company do not know how run a hotel...and very poor decisions...and do not listen to any of there hands on management team !!!

      Pros

      It is an ABSOLUTELY no bullying environment. Management takes an active role in hearing the voice of its employees.

      Cons

      Like every where else in healthcare post COVID, staffing remain to be a challenge.

      Some opportunities if you are willing to drink the HMC "koolaid"

      Cons

      Too design award and DEI focused. Leadership is disconnected from needs of the employees. Adequate staffing is always an issue. Nom forma project management training and formal review policies for quality of work. Kind of scary.
