Pros
Lots of room for growth, company will show loyalty to employees (for the most part). Been there for almost 5 years, had continuous job growth and opportunities. Plan to stay for the indefinite future.
Cons
Management can be a grab bag, some are great, some are terrible. The loyalty thing is a double edged sword, since it seems like even the folks who should be gone stay forever if they make it past the first couple of years.
