      Pros

      Couple of nice people work there

      Cons

      so many. They have two clients. don't be fooled by the brands they list as clients. It's Kraft and Mondelez that is all (Laughing Cow is not a client - they brokered a partnership with Mondelez - Big difference) They have no vision and hence no new clients. Upper management is the worst. No creativity at all. Look elsewhere.

      Pros

      -Fast-paced environment with increased flexibility since COVID-19 began - Dedicated team of people that are driven to deliver best-in-class work to their clients

      Cons

      - Program management system is needed. hmt has a great system set up to manage programs/workflow. However, there are technology options available that can make this even more efficient

      Pros

      Become friends with people and keep in touch. Some processes were helpful. Decent work life balance.

      Cons

      Lots of processes and excessive micromanagement. Ex-cess-ive. No trust. No communication. No growth. Health insurance is really expensive.
