Pros

The level of training you can receive, especially if you are willing to put in the extra hours on your own time. The business training is very good, in particular the contracts and negotiations training. Anyone could benefit from that. The company will also try to work with you, to an extent, if you are dissatisfied in a particular position or with a supervisor and can be flexible about relocating.

Cons

Generally the company philosophy, which is more about achieving business metrics and less about engineering innovation. The company could put a fraction of the energy it places in the details of project recording and instead encourage greater collaboration. The company is especially siloed in terms of its professional practices - architecture is separated from engineering, planning may be split into multiple offices within a locality for no particular reason. The lack of integration makes it especially difficult to achieve design synergies.
