Pros
In my current role I am in the CCE machine side which offers new challenges every day. Holt offers lots of training opportunities and in the first year they are trying to get every technician through the basic CAT training.
Cons
In the CCE department we have a very high budget that with current techs and machines in for repairs will never be able to make budget. Overall management has seen lots of changes and there are younger guys leading the service department. This is not a bad thing, but there are a lot of challenges they are trying to overcome. The benefits are pretty good and comparable to other companies similar in size, but if you have a family it gets expensive very quickly. The compensation could be better, but they usually say the benefits are also part of your compensation.
