Pros
Still kind of a small company, good people, solid product. New leadership is stepping up and the changes are long over due.
Cons
Company makes weird and poorly communicated decisions. Doesn't commit to long term goals but makes new goals all the time. Runs good people off by preaching the importance of the values but ignoring them when it's important. There is little accountability unless someone isn't liked- then they are held to an unobtainable standard.
