      Great company product, history, vision, and values

      Cons

      Falling behind in base compensation. Todays equipment is more intricate and complicated than people know. Its not shade tree anymore you need to pay for the knowledge and experience thats keeping million dollar tractors running.

      Lots of growth many good people to work. Bonus at the end of the year if they’re still doing that. Sends you to personal development training on their dime.

      Leadership was good and had great training.

      Cons

      I needed a second job when I worked there. It's just an industry issue with being a mechanic & living near Austin.
