Mediocre management - Community Advocate HOPES Community Action Partnership Employee Review

Management didn't understand their own company policies state their supposed to reimburse mileage to employees for driving to other locations. HR staff had very little HR experience. They've been working at this company since they were 18 years old as teacher assistant and moved their way to the HR department workout ever working anywhere else. They refused to give employees business cards even after years of employment and even though their job description was networking in the community.
