We appreciate all feedback. Unlimited PTO means just that. It is there in the event that it is needed. If an employee needs to take more or less PTO, that is their choice, and our managers are quite flexible. HORAN's culture stems from our five core values: Integrity, Commitment, Accountability, Corporate Social Responsibility and Innovation. We believe these core values keep our clients and our employees at the center of everything we do. Out of our Core Values HORAN's 27 Fundamentals were created. One of our 27 Fundamentals is Speak Straight, and we encourage all employees to do so.
As far as working remotely we have adopted two policies since COVID: Telecommuting as well as Work from Home. Our managers are flexible and understand the needs of our employees.
HORAN welcomes new ideas and perspectives from brand new employees to our most tenured employees because we believe everyone has a voice and should be heard. Our President & CEO as well as our COO have open door policies and any employee is welcomed.
We are extremely excited about becoming Bronze Certified (DE&I) by Ellequate and being a finalist in the Best Places to Work survey, which consists of only employee responses.
I would like the opportunity to have a discussion regarding your feedback. When I conduct exit interviews, that is the perfect time to go over any feedback. Unfortunately, none of this was discussed.
