      High pay, 140k in 2025 working 5 11 hour days on average per week.Newer equipment, benefits.

      Cons

      Salary pay 50 hours in 4 days on average. Mandatory overtime which has been 3 weeks of the month for the past 2 years. 3AM start time on average. There’s a camera pointing at you all day in the cab.

      Management is terrible. Lazy and very incompetent. They lie right to your face. Little to no respect. Very cut throat.
