Pros
The company had been around a long time, like over 150 years or something like that. I have been there just a few years and it’s tough with all of the OT but, it’s kinda how things are right now with Covid. At least they do allot to try to keep the plant safe and operating even if it ticks everybody off sometimes. I also see the new leaders at top that came last year seem to be trying to get things going in good ways. It’s just hard to see it all the time because of how things are right now. It’s rough but, I ain’t goin nowhere because they’re way better than the places I’ve worked in the past. Pay and benefits are good.
Cons
Lots of Overtime because of the damn pandemic. Some people keep cheating the Covid process to get off work over and over. They need to stop that.
