      The money is not bad! Benefits or average.

      Cons

      No work life balance! Have to start on nights. Supervisors don't have a say in anything. Managers micro manage. Time off, what time off, you can't use it when you want. HR is no help!

      Pros

      High pay, 140k in 2025 working 5 11 hour days on average per week.Newer equipment, benefits.

      Cons

      Salary pay 50 hours in 4 days on average. Mandatory overtime which has been 3 weeks of the month for the past 2 years. 3AM start time on average. There’s a camera pointing at you all day in the cab.
