Pros
1. Normal working hours and cool offices. 2. Free lunch every day.
Cons
1. First of all, the CEO thinks he's Steve Jobs. This is not a joke, I actually never found out his real name while working there, because everyone called him "Steve". There is a general obsession with Apple and Steve Jobs that you need to accept to work here. 2. The company's activities are not very clear. I was working in accounting, and I still don't know exactly how this business generated money. It has something to do with payroll, architecture, HR and entertainment? I have no idea, and everytime this came up, the management's answers lead to more confusion by using buzzwords like innovation and professional development and consulting. All I know is that something was definitely off. 3. There was a dress code, which meant that everyone had to wear black clothes, top to bottom, every day. There was also a bit of fat shaming going on, in order to preserve this sleek "image". 4. Every Friday the boss would walk all floors and ask each team what "innovation" they made that week. I never understood this, like sir, we work in accounting, what kind of innovation do you expect from us? Anyway, overall this was not my worst work experience, but it was definitely weird and confusing.
