They have some good employee perks and benefits. If you want to be lazy and not excel you probably won't get fired as long as you show up and are friendly or keep to yourself.
Cons
There is definite favoritism and some things are not handled properly. There is micromanagement and some hypocrisy.
There is also weak leadership. There is alot of potential to be so much better but some changes would need to happen that I don't see occurring anytime soon.
