Micromanaging from managers who are not even involved in the operations. You can do 1000 things good but get yelled at for the 1 thing you do wrong. Everyone wants to be in charge and there no common sense. Owner is money hungry. No work life balance whatsoever. You’re expected to take calls on your days off.
