Great work from home position. Great company to work for.

I do not have any cons for this company.

They're just a payroll/HR company, so your actual day-to-day is going to depend vastly on who you're contracting with Biggest pro is that even though you'll be seen as a "contractor" at the place you're working, HR Directions treats you as a W2 employee which makes doing taxes much easier.

Healthcare plans weren't very different than the ACA plans in my state Some mixups with paperwork happened while I was there. They sent onboarding papers that explained a leave policy that wasnt correct, and so they had to tell me months into a position that there actually wasn't any PTO for my role. No PTO
