Incredible people to work with, great atmosphere, everyone is respectful and treat each other like family. The interview process was smooth and straightforward, it felt more like a conversation than an interview.

Onboarding was a bit overwhelming but nothing to complain about.

Good office environment with flexibility to work from home if needed. Freedom to take ownership of personal initiatives. Resources are well structured. Good workshare between offices. Opportunity for all to own equity.

Growing company but not fully national if looking to work throughout the country. Office locations limited to midwest but growing to other large markets (CA, CO, FL, TX).
