1. Same requirements, nothing fresh. 2. Treat their employees as laborers and if you oppose, they will show you door to get out 3. Do not expect any experience certificate if you want to go ahead in your career as if even you are in process of serving notice period, they will push you so badly that you want to leave Company at that moment only. No respect to staff. 4. Once you will come for interview and the Manager/interview will sense a little that you are needy, they will assure you that your skills need to flourish so attend our training program and you are sure to get a job. Only motive is to bring business, by hook or by crook. 5. Until you are giving business, they will treat your fairly, but the moment even for a month your performance is not good, manager behave in very appropriate manner. 6. No leave policy. 7. Salary deduction is their birth right
