Everyone, and I do mean everyone was great to work with. The company is full of awesome people always eager to help.

Sometimes it felt like corporate wasn't as eager to assist with issues directly affecting a resident. Problems were always addressed, however, it was always a wait with corporate to get back to me.

Simple work, job security, routine

Bad management, tenants take out their issues on maintenance, quality of life is terrible.
