Pros
I've worked for several banks and this was by far the most reputable, loved that it was international gave endless options for relocation and opportunity. Very nice working environment, great location in financial district. Hsbc has a very culturally diverse employee and customer base which I enjoyed.
Cons
They pay low for non sales positions. Work you really hard, bare basic benefits nothing fancy or too appealing. Not very many positions in bay area unless you are in a branch and even then not an abundance of those either. Alot of corporate politics, everyone's trying to reach the top of the ladder even by means of knocking someone else off.
