Company are reasonably flexible with hours, some scope for progression and decent engagement. Good company benefits including pension and benefits programme taken out of wages
Cons
Typical call centre treat like robots, not a lot of recognition for hard work. Have a LOT to do/remember and dealing with a great deal of risk for poor pay
