Pros
- Good work-life balance - Good Salary - Good for people who are married and want stability. - Open workspace environment. *(All depends on project to project, If you are in some maintenance project, you will have old and boring work but pressure will be less and you will have good work life balance) *(New projects tend to have good tech stacks but demand lot of man hours).
Cons
- Work less on innovation. - Too much paperwork. - Very difficult to change project and department. - Don't let young graduates choose project. they just force project on you irrespective of their knowledge base.
