Pros

At the start the company was growing, it was young enthusiastic, and an energetic place to be. People shared ideas, discussed applications, and one learnt something. Managers were more technical, and at the time hands on, and were focussed on keeping the customer happy. If you do happen to travel abroad, then exposure here, is fantastic, the resource gets introduced into a world of professionals, and people who are experts at what they do. Learning curve is steep.

Cons

As the company has grown, so has the number of processes and managers who would prefer the juniors to do the needful. Technically it works on in house frameworks, that confines application developers, and learning gets stunted after a while. Like most IT companies you are expected to learn things on your own, through books and manuals, its hard to get any form of professional training in the country, but travel abroad again exposure to trainings and experts is plenty.

Pros

Good, smart colleagues in other offices.

Cons

At times, decisions appeared to prioritize individual objectives over team needs, which affected collaboration and morale. Greater consideration of team perspectives and shared goals would help build trust and engagement. I observed instances where expectations communicated to the team were not consistently reflected in leadership actions. Greater consistency between stated values and day-to-day decisions would strengthen credibility and confidence within the team.
