The company’s culture is good, work life balance is also good for most of the year. Job security is somewhat better than it is on average in the tech industry
Cons
Very little interesting work. Lots of boring procedural work that doesn’t require coding. Not enough scope for growth (professionally and monetarily). The designations given to people are extremely haphazard and confusing
