Pros

Good benefits, profit sharing plans. Very flexible with schedule and understanding when time off needed. A lot of rewards and recognition programs with various bonuses(some are very lucrative) and prizes that could be won, and as well as a a monthly bonus system ranging from up to $1000 a month. Management values diversity and has several committees and tries to get employees involved. Green Team, and Fun team are two of them. Values sustainability. Management is expected to constantly train employees. Metric evaluations are also very detailed.

Cons

Management is not always competent and can be rude/powertrip (something consistent after 6 years of working their). Work can be very monotonous. Hard to stay motivated. Sometimes upper management decisions don't always sit well with employees (closing of departments or reducing staff). Sometimes it can seem more like employees are numbers. Not much to complain about just bad managers. Some policies that employees do not like.

Pros

Good, smart colleagues in other offices.

Cons

At times, decisions appeared to prioritize individual objectives over team needs, which affected collaboration and morale. Greater consideration of team perspectives and shared goals would help build trust and engagement. I observed instances where expectations communicated to the team were not consistently reflected in leadership actions. Greater consistency between stated values and day-to-day decisions would strengthen credibility and confidence within the team.
