      Speak up culture is great. But could also depend on your leaders. Opportunities are great.

      Sometimes leaders would not accommodate the team’s needs. they dont even know the process to the point we need to discuss it to them. when us processor makes an error, it’s solely our mistake and they’ll let us feel it. they’ll be irate and scold us. things wouldn’t be handled “so” professional. not much of benefits

      *a lot of activities out side work. *You'll meet good work friends most of the time. *Promote work-life Balance

      Cons

      *they do promote work-life Balance but if you are in a department that needed to have SLAs and less FTEs but more work load. *Most of the upper management where not properly trained they got promoted not because of theirs skills but who are their friends from upper Management. *More work less pay *The speak up culture is not true. If you speak up they will take that against you
